Warmers

Activate by snapping the metal disc back and forth near the edge of the warmer until it heats up to a sensual 129°F/54°C. Initial activation may require additional snaps. Use with or without massage oil to mimic a hot stone massage. Can also be used to keep warm during outdoor activities. Please follow the reset instructions below if the warmer(s) arrive activated. Crystallization in the gel's liquid state is normal and will not affect its ability to heat.

Wrap the warmer(s) in a washcloth and submerge them in boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until the gel liquefies. Carefully remove them from the water and allow them to cool to room temperature before reactivating. Never leave the warmer(s) unattended when boiling. Do not boil if the warmer(s) is punctured.

• Do not put warmers in the microwave or freezer.
• If the vinyl becomes punctured, dispose of the warmer(s).
• If the gel comes in contact with the skin, rinse with warm water.
• Do not allow the gel to enter the eyes. If the gel is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Keep away from children and pets.
